Career
Yoshimura's professional career took off when he joined Yanmar Diesel in 1967. Over the next 13 years, he became a key player for the club, contributing to its golden era by winning the Japan Soccer League championship four times and the Emperor's Cup three times. He played a total of 189 games, scoring 30 goals, and was recognized as a Best Eleven player four times during his tenure.
