He made his debut on May 17, 1925, in a match against the Philippines, where Japan faced a tough defeat, losing 0-4. Just a few days later, on May 20, he played against the Republic of China, but unfortunately, Japan lost that match as well, with a score of 0-2. Despite the losses, Miyake's participation in these games marked a significant moment in his football career, representing his country on an international stage.
