Oleg Alekseyevich Pashinin was born in 1974 in Uzbekistan, where he began his journey in football. His passion for the sport led him to pursue a career as a professional footballer, ultimately making a significant mark in the world of football.

Career

Pashinin's professional career spanned 15 seasons, primarily with FC Lokomotiv Moscow from 1992 to 2007, where he established himself as a formidable defender. During his time at Lokomotiv, he contributed to the team's success, helping them secure multiple titles, including the Russian Premier League in 2002 and 2004, and the Russian Cup on five occasions. In 2001, he briefly played for Sanfrecce Hiroshima, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in international football.

In addition to his club career, Pashinin represented both the Uzbekistan and Russia national teams, playing for Uzbekistan from 2001 to 2005. After retiring from professional play, he transitioned into coaching, taking on roles within Lokomotiv Moscow's coaching staff. Notably, he served as the caretaker manager for a match against FC Khimki in March 2022, before returning to a different position within the club.
