Personal
Azizi was born in Afghanistan and lost his father and grandparents in the Afghan Civil War. His grandmother, mother and his 4 siblings fled Afghanistan and took refuge in Iran. In 2001, he was accepted as a refugee in Denmark. Azizi also worked in occupational therapy in Denmark. He plays for the Danish side, Hillerod. Playing for Maziya football team, he was named as the best goalkeeper of the Dhivehi Premier League (DPL) for the 2019-2020 season.
