In October 2022, Coleman moved to Turkey, and signed with the Istanbul-based club Fenerbahçe S.K. to play in the Women's Super League.
Coleman was part of the Namibian team at the 2014 African Women's Championship. She was named the 2025 COSAFA Women's Championship player of the tournament after picking up two player of the match awards including one in the final when Namibia won their maiden championship.
