Mayumi Omatsu, born on July 12, 1970, is a former Japanese football player known for her role as a forward. She began her professional career with the Nikko Securities Dream Ladies, where she made a significant impact by helping the club secure the L.League championship. Her outstanding performance earned her a spot in the Best Eleven for three consecutive years from 1996 to 1998. Unfortunately, the club faced financial difficulties and was disbanded in 1998.

Following the disbandment of Nikko Securities Dream Ladies, Omatsu joined OKI FC Winds in 1999, but her time there was short-lived as the club also disbanded at the end of the season.
