Mladen Mladenović is a Croatian professional football manager and retired player, known for his role as a midfielder. His football journey began in the early 1980s, where he showcased his talent at HNK Rijeka, a club that would become a significant part of his career. Career

Mladenović's professional career spanned over a decade, during which he played for several clubs in Croatia and abroad. He started at HNK Rijeka from 1982 to 1989, before moving to NK Zadar for a brief stint in 1985. He then joined GNK Dinamo Zagreb from 1989 to 1991, followed by a move to CD Castellón in Spain until 1993. His career also included time at FC Red Bull Salzburg in Austria and Gamba Osaka in Japan, where he continued to impress with his skills. Mladenović earned 19 caps for the Croatia national team, scoring three goals, and participated in UEFA Euro 1996, marking a significant period in Croatian football history.

After retiring from professional play, Mladenović transitioned into management and officiating, taking on roles with various clubs including NK Žminj and Rijeka.
