Tadashi Nakamura
Tadashi Nakamura is a former Japanese football player and manager known for his defensive skills.
He began his professional career with Tokyo Verdy in 1990, where he played for nearly a decade.
In 1999, Nakamura made a move to Urawa Red Diamonds, continuing his successful career in Japanese football.

Early Life
Tadashi Nakamura was born on June 10, 1971, in Mizuho, Tokyo, Japan. His journey in football began at a young age, leading him to join the youth team of Yomiuri, which would later become known as Verdy Kawasaki.
Career
Nakamura made his professional debut in 1990 when he joined the Japan Soccer League club Yomiuri. Over the next nine years, he established himself as a versatile defender, playing both right and left side-back. During his time with the club, he celebrated significant victories, including winning the Japan Soccer League championships in 1990-91 and 1991-92, as well as the JSL Cup in 1991. Following the transition to the J1 League in 1992, he continued to contribute to the team's success, helping them secure two J1 League titles, three J.League Cups, and one Emperor's Cup before moving to Urawa Red Diamonds in 1999 and then to Kyoto Sanga FC in 2000, where he played until his retirement in 2004.
Nakamura also had a notable international career, debuting for the Japan national team on February 15, 1995, against Australia. He participated in the 1998 World Cup qualification campaign, earning a total of 16 caps for his country until 1998.
Coaching Career
After hanging up his boots, Nakamura transitioned into coaching, starting with the youth team at Tokyo Verdy in 2005. He later moved to FC Tokyo in 2012, where he continued to develop young talent before taking on the role of head coach for the top team and manager of FC Tokyo U-23 in July 2017, a position he held until his resignation later that year.

Nakamura was born in Mizuho, Tokyo on June 10, 1971. He joined Japan Soccer League club Yomiuri (later Verdy Kawasaki) from youth team in 1990. He played as right and left side-back. The club won the champions 1990–91, 1991–92 Japan Soccer League and 1991 JSL Cup. In 1992, Japan Soccer League was folded and founded new league J1 League. The club won the champions J1 League 2 times, J.League Cup 3 times and Emperor's Cup 1 time. He moved to Urawa Reds in 1999 and Kyoto Purple Sanga in 2000. He retired end of 2004 season.
On February 15, 1995, Nakamura debuted for Japan national team against Australia. He also played at 1998 World Cup qualification in 1997. He played 16 games for Japan until 1998.
After retirement, Nakamura started coaching career at Tokyo Verdy in 2005. He coached for youth team. He moved to FC Tokyo in 2012 and coached for youth team. In July 2017, he became a coach for top team and a manager for FC Tokyo U-23. He resigned in 2017.
