Takeshi Koshida is a former Japanese football player and current football manager.
He played for Yokohama F. Marinos from 1983 to 1989, winning multiple cups during his tenure.

Early Life
Takeshi Koshida was born on October 19, 1960, in Kanazawa, Japan. He pursued his education at the University of Tsukuba, where he honed his skills in football, setting the stage for a promising athletic career.
Career
Koshida began his professional journey in 1983 when he joined Nissan Motors, now known as Yokohama F. Marinos. During his time with the club, he contributed to significant victories, including winning the Emperor's Cup in both 1983 and 1985. His tenure at the club lasted until 1989, during which he also celebrated a JSL Cup win in the 1988-89 season. After leaving Nissan Motors, Koshida returned to his hometown to play for Kanazawa SC in the Japanese Regional Leagues, where he continued to showcase his defensive skills until his retirement in 1996.
Koshida's international career began in 1979 when he was selected for the Japan national under-20 team, participating in the World Youth Championship. He made his debut for the Japan men's national team in December 1980 against Singapore and went on to represent his country in various competitions, including the 1982 Asian Games and the 1986 World Cup qualification, earning a total of 19 caps until 1985.
Post-Playing Career
After retiring from professional football, Koshida transitioned into coaching and management. He currently serves as the technical director for both the Vietnam national football team and the Vietnam women's national football team, where he continues to influence the sport and develop future talents.

Koshida was born in Kanazawa on October 19, 1960. After graduating from University of Tsukuba, he joined Nissan Motors in 1983. The club won 1983 and 1985 Emperor's Cup. He played at the 1982 Asian Games, 1984 Summer Olympics qualification, and the 1986 World Cup qualification. He played 19 games for Japan until 1985.
