Milton Queiroz da Paixão, known as Tita, was born in Brazil and became a prominent figure in the world of football as both a player and a manager. His journey in football began at a young age, and he quickly made a name for himself as a forward, showcasing his skills on the field.

Playing Career

Tita's professional career spanned several decades, during which he played for numerous clubs, including Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, where he made a significant impact by scoring 135 goals in 391 appearances. He was a key player for Flamengo, contributing to their victories in the Campeonato Carioca and the Copa Libertadores in 1981. Tita also had a successful stint in Europe with Bayer 04 Leverkusen, where he won the UEFA Cup in 1988, scoring in the final against Espanyol. On the international stage, Tita represented the Brazil national team from 1979 to 1990, earning 32 caps and scoring six goals, including participation in the 1990 FIFA World Cup.

Managerial Career and Personal Life

After retiring from playing, Tita transitioned into management, taking the helm at various clubs, including a brief period as manager of Vasco da Gama in 2008.
