Early Life

José Arley Dinas Rodríguez, known simply as Arley Dinas, is a former Colombian football player who made significant contributions to the sport as a defender. His journey in football began in his home country, where he developed his skills and passion for the game.

Career

Dinas's professional career took off in 1991 when he joined América de Cali, where he played until 1997. His time at the club was marked by notable performances that helped him gain recognition in Colombian football. In 1998, he moved to Deportes Tolima, where he played until 2000 before having a brief stint with Shonan Bellmare in Japan in 2001. He returned to Colombia to play for Deportivo Cali for a short period before joining Boca Juniors in Argentina for the 2002 season. Dinas continued to showcase his talent with Millonarios and returned to Deportes Tolima, where he played until 2005.

Throughout his career, Dinas also represented the Colombia men's national football team from 1995 to 2004, earning caps and contributing to the team's efforts on the international stage. He was also part of the Colombia national under-20 football team in 1993, highlighting his early promise in the sport.
